- its a astounding how many of these questions there are on here..... the formula is rediculously simple: more exercise + less food = loss in body fat
- stop eating
- Drop the Weight Watchers; it is a complete waste of money. I had to drop a massive amount of weight for the Navy. I did not consume over 1200 calories a day, and I worked out in the gym every day. I did strictly cardio and I kept track of the amount of calories I burned. I would push myself to burn 700 calories in 1 hour. I know with Weight Watchers they teach you to consume extra food for how ever many calories you burn in the gym. Drop that notion, and don't do it again. Eat no more than 1200 calories and burn 700 in the gym every day, and you will drop weight fast. I also did a vegetarian diet as well as removed all the other garbage from the food I consumed. You should also try cutting ALL meat, sugar, carbs, and fats from your diet. This includes diet soda because all it does is dehydrate your muscles. There are other ways of getting protein in your diet besides eating meat. If you have any questions just let me know. I am more then happy to help.
- Weight watchers retains allot of weight due to the high sodium content. Eat a high protein diet. Meats, eggs, cheese. Drink only ice water constantly throughout the day. DO NOT skip meals. Have hearty snacks at 10/3 and 9pm to keep the metabolism going. What this say's is eat MORE good stuff to lose weight. IF you eat less like so many think is right, your body shuts down (think concentration camp) and metabolizes small amounts of food over a VERY long time. You want to turn up the heat. Keep exercising as well.
