I am a 15 year old female, I am 5' 7" tall, and I weigh 139lbs. We recently got a new scale that calculates body fat percentage, water percentage, muscle percentage, and one more I can't think of. I was born unusually strong, and I lift weights about 3 times a week. The scale said I had 32.8% body muscle. Is this below average, above average, or about on track? Thanks.
