23 % body fat, can i still get a sixpack?
Okay, well I'm ina sport, I have good genetics so I can muscles good. ( I think, probably wrong, though.) Gender: female height: 5'1 weight: 108.8 ( muscle add more lbs tho) waist line: 27 ( not sure if it's accurate) Well, when I flex my stomach, i can see faint lines of a six or a fourpack. But am I too overweight to get a solid six pack without flexing? What is my ideal fat percentage? Also, I dk if my fat percentage is correct i used an online caculator.

- totally! even a fat guy could get a six pack. work on a six pack and if you cant see it lose a little weight and you should see it.
- you are normal bodyfat athletic bodyfat level for a female is 18% and below i don't know what the bodyfat% for a girl sixpack is but its probably between 10 and 15% below 10% is not healthy for a female
- I tend not to trust any kind of body fat calculation from circumference measurements. Typically females start to see abs at sub 20% so with 23% body fat (if that's correct) you are not far off.
