are the digital body fat scales any good?
do they work?....acurate?

- I think they are O.K. They give you an indication as to how your weight loss is going. If you eat healthily your body fat should decrease, which is what you should aim for.
- they are reasonable accurate especially if you get one that also provides body water % too. and few % increase/decrease in bodywater% will alter bodyfat readings quite a bit. i learned about Tanita bodyfat scales from a bodybuilder named clarence bass who has used one for yrs. so if it's good enough for him then i decided it was good enough for me.bought mine at Target and have used it for over a yr. and i am pleased with it. below is an article that contains information about bodyfat scales. it's the 3rd. part i think. just scroll down to it if interested
