Im a 15 y.o male. I have a tanita body fat scale. I used it last month and it said 16% BF, i used it 2 weeks ago and it said 14%. Today it said 12.7%. I haven't been dieting, i've been lifting weights a little and my weight hasn't changed at all. Did i actually get that much more fit, or is it a fluke? how can i keep my data consistent?
