To me...how much you weigh doesn't mean much, so many people on here (answers.yahoo) ask...is my weight okay? how much should i weigh? but to me in all honesty what matters is your body fat percentage... I mean sure for EX. you can weigh 110 at 5'2 and have a high level of body fat where as a person at 5'2 can weigh 125 and have a low level of body fat get my drift? Worrying about body weight is for amateurs once you start getting serious its all about body fat percentage...anyone else agree? i agree virt
