body fat scale reviews

my body fat index is at %13-%14 and help with abs?

so my body fat percent is aprox %13 or %14 according to my doctor and home tests ( tape measure test) both were about eh same maybe a half a percent off, so its low but my abs are only half showing? do i need to get it lower to %11 or so? how would i go about this fast
