body fat scale reviews

I need help guys.. plz read on?

I am trying to lose the fat in my body, and build muscle.. as in lean muscle ..... i have a friend who is the same height as i am but on the scale shes higher than me, but physically she looks skinnier than me....... so i decided not to care bout the number on the scale, i just want to do anything to get rid of the fat on my body what should i focus on.. i heard cardio is the best and ofcourse strenght training...... Thanks guys

  1. If you can afford, go join a gym......... Those guys there will teach you everything professionally.
  2. firstly, before anything you need to realise that every person is built differently and you cant compare yourself to others. you have to consider people might be the same height but can be internally built differently with bigger bones or different bone structures and there is absolutely nothing you can do about that. you need to properly look at yourself and see where specifically you need to tone your muscles, whether its your tummy bums or thighs etc. there is nothing wrong with trying to get fit and toning yourself up to look good. but you have to make your program specific to yourself and your needs and the best way to get help with this is to go to the gym and ask to be shown round by one of there trainers (if you go to public gyms then this service shoudl be free) and get them to build a program with you that you are comfortable with and that is designed for YOUR body needs. they will be able to tell you if its cardio or weight training that is best. remember, you shouldnt aspire to be like others...you should aspire to be the best that YOU can be.
