The best way to lose body fat is to not eat before cardio?

Just doing some research for when I start cutting and drop to %6 from %10. There are people that say dont eat before cardio like that you can burn fat (i.e author of body for life). Other people say eat something light, like a fruit like that you wont feel dizzy or nauseous. So what advice do you have ?

  1. Takes awhile for your body to start burning fats, which have a slower release. In the meantime if you havent eaten anything your body has no carbs to burn so it burns muscle(quick release) which is bad. So eat something light for the intermediate phase.
