what is the difference between a body fat scale and a regular weight scale?
does the body fat scale actually measure how much fat you have on your body or is it just the same thing as a regular weight scale but with the words body fat to aid in sales?

- Yes it does measure fat and it tells you how much of your weight is actually fat weight scale just tells you how much you weigh. How much fat should be part of the total of your weight well that depends on each person gender, age ect.
