What are some good ways to lose body fat in two weeks? Mainly around my stomach area that is.

  1. exercise, eat right. If someone tells you to do crunches, that is called Spot-reducing, or spot-training. You CANNOT spot-reduce fat by exercising that one area
  2. hi u can go on fitness training,after burning ur fat go on stomach execize do it every day
  3. Cut out all bad carbs for the next few weeks. Try to limit your carb intake to whole grains and veggies. Nix the starchy carbs after 3 pm too. This will help tremendously.

To lose Body fat is not that complicated is us that make it so complicated some people just starved themself thinkin their going to lose weigh but no if you want to lose belly fat bro. do abs not everyday do em every other day. CRUNCHES/ LEG RAISERS & if you have a pull up bar go in pull up position and raise your legs up and bring them down slowly always stretch after you done with your workout as far as diet you want to cut out bad carbs & eat healthy carbs like brown rice / whole wheat but not to much of it their still carbs...hope this helps men add cardio to your workout 10 to 15 minutes high intensity dont walk..
