What type of bathroom scale is better? Dial or Digital?
I'm looking to buy a really accurate bathroom scale but have no idea which is more better and will last longer - digital or dial? What has been your experiences? I was leaning towards digital but a friend of mine told me that dial would be better. I'm considering the following: LCD Scale With Body Fat Monitor Regular LCD Scale Professional Dial Scale Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

- i would guess digital is better. i have never used one but i have a dial and it's a little busted the dial is stuck at 10 pounds or so and goes up. it never starts at 0 anymore
- I had a digital scale and every time I stepped on it, it would give me a different weight (within a few minutes). I think dial is more accurate. If the dial gets stuck that means it's dirty and it’s time for a new scale. Hope this helps.
- Professional Dial Scale is way more accurate then the rest, that's why doctors use them. That's why you also see them used at boxing match weigh-ins. But the dial scale has to be caliberated every so often so that it is correct. But it is the most accurate when correctly caliberated.
