What are the best ways for me to lose body fat effectively?
I mean I already exercise and all and a friend told me that I would look really good as a "Skinny Mini".

- The best way to lose body fat is to follow an extemely low carb diet and do cardio. Try to get no more than 20 grams of carbs a day (plenty of protein and fat). You will feel sick for a few days, but you will get used to it once the fat starts coming off and you should feel really good. If you already have extremely low body fat, this could be dangerous so do this at your own discretion. SOme good examples are: - Bacon and Eggs - Chicken and Broccoli w/ olive oil - etc.
