Is there a digital scale that is accurate and consistent?
The one I am using now will flucuate 3-5 lbs within 20 mins! I am looking for a simple scale that will remain consistent; I don't care too much about having one that reads body fat. Thanks!

- Go to www.consumerreports.org. they will have ratings on bath scales and how accurate they are to guide you in a new purchase. The most accurate scales are the analog kind found in your doctor's office with metal counterweights.
- In 20 minutes your weight may indeed fluctuate 3-5 lbs. Considering one gallon of water weighs 8.33 lbs. If you use the restroom or drink and or eat, your weight will fluctuate. Also, your position on the scale may affect its reading. But if the reading is consistent within a few minutes without anything leaving or coming out of your body, I'd say your scale is fine.
- If you are worried about your weight, don't go to your scale. Try using Nexagen USA's Jen Fe Next Fat Loss Patch. This stuff really works. You will see the Inches come off your waist. For testimonies go to www.nexagenusa.com/nsolorio and for more product info as well. Distributors are needed all around the USA.
