How to lose fat without losing much weight?

I weighed in my weight and checked my height too, one of these days. My weight was ideal for my height but then there was this part where it showed the body fat percentage. And it went over the ideal body fat percentage. How am i supposed to lower the body fat percentage without losing weight, is it possible?

  2. You can lose excess fat and build muscle at the same time. This will help your body fat % go down but you weight stay in a healthy range.
