  5. Running. At least a mile a day. Veggie/Fruit diet (It is possible!) Lots and Lots of water (at least 8 cups; 4 cups in the morning before anything else) It was quick for me and its the most effective way to lose body fat.
  6. reduce calorie intake,drink more water,and eat more fiber.(: eat 6 small healthy meals during the day. no sweets,junk. and make sure you exercise some during the day. hope i helped.(:
