body fat scale reviews

What is the lowest body fat percent I can safely obtain?

Im male, 17 going into the USMC soon, I weigh 130, 5'6'' tall, and according to an online body fat calculator I am 12% body fat, I work out for 1-2 hrs a day 5 days a week. I want to lose a little more body fat and was wondering what would be the lowest BF% I could SAFELY achieve and about how many pounds of weight would I need to lose to obtain this BF%? I already figured out that I need to take in only about 1700 calories and about 105 grams of protien a day. Also what kind of fat is good and bad? Should I try to take in a lot or little carbs? thanks for any advice in advace!!!

  1. lower then 5% n u start 2 get sick
  2. Losing weight is not the answer to lower body fat. You can reduce your body fat and gain weight. Since we are talking about percentages if you gain muscle mass then you are reducing your body fat percentage. Continue to exercise limit your fat intake to 10% of total calories and get about 900 grams of protein daily.
  3. ask a long distance runner.... they have the least
