Im losing body fat but the scale says I weight more lbs?
I know muscle weighs more than fat but is it lean muscle then..I need a 2nd opinion b/c all I have been doing is running

- Because your probably gaining muscles. Muscle weighs more then fat.

- If you are exercising to get the body fat off that you are gaining muscle weight which weighs more than fat. Dont worry you should look better with more muscle tone
- You are likely gaining muscle (I am guessing you are exercising and/or strength training). Muscle weighs more than fat. Although it is good to weigh daily, the best gauge is how clothes fit. Another poss is water retention.
