what is the formula to calculate body fat percentage when height, weight and bioelectrical impedence are known
My height is 70.25 inches, weight is 200lbs and bioelectrical impedence is 380. Is there a simple calculator to use to figure out body fat %?

- There is no way to accurately measure body fat. what i suggest is that you buy a caliper which is a body fat % measurer and just use the measurements it gives you. dont worry about the actual body fat % . only the measurements from your body. if you dont want to do this im sure you can find the formula on bodybuilding.com
