Am i on the right track to burn body fat?
I used a resting metabolism calculator online. It says i burn about 2000-2200 calories naturally each day. I eat everything proportionally, i cut out all my high sugar foods and do 60+ min of cardio each day. I also have a weight lifting routine for me as well.

- Stay away from sodium and protein. Eat fruit for your natural sugars and eat your carbs. Make sure to stay hydrated. eat every two hours. eat healthier and run more. Lift weights to build lean muscle so lift less weight but more reps. good luck
- Yes, this sounds good, however, it is important to remember that you must replace the nutrients within your muscles properly after training. Make sure that you have something with about a 60:40 protein:carb ratio after you workout. A large glass of skimmed milk provides this. Make sure, that when you do your cardio, that it is low intensity. I know that low intensity burns less calories, but it burns fat, where as high intensity exercise for long periods burns fat, and muscle -which is bad for the long run-. It is also better for your joints.
- As far as your basal metabolic rate that's not including you fitness activity so i wouldt go below the 2000-2200 rang. Up your protein and eat 4-5 smaller meals a day . otherwise your plan looks good
