  2. im sorry i have no idea whether 17 is bad or not. but just start doing sit ups and crunches and maybe sign up for a gym membership? you might not have spectaculaar abs in 2-3 months but your stomach will look better i guess. youll have to make sure you do it every night or day or whichever you prefer :] good luck
  3. 17 is not bad. If you want abs just run alot, start small but build up, and do crunches. Just stay active and eat healthy.

First off, online body fat calculators are not in any way accurate so you should either have a professional body fat test or buy yourself a pair of (accu-measure) body fat callipers to check your body fat at home. For a young male, between 10%-20% is good. At the lower end of this range would give you abs definition and under 10% would give you a full six pack. To get abs, you need a low fat, high protein diet with low GI carbs. You should get 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight spread throughout the day in 5 smaller meals. Weight training 4 times a week and cardio 3 times a week.
