I have a low body fat index, if I started working out everyday what is estimated time till I see a 6 pack?

  4. I have 7% body fat, and I don't have a 6-pack. I exercise regularly, have extremely strong abdominal muscles, and eat right. The amount of strain put on the body to achieve and maintain that extremely low percent of body fat is enormous. The body needs fat to function.
  5. Men usually need to get below 7% body fat to see a "six pack" and women need to get below 12% body fat.
