Women 30 yrs and younger: hips + (.80 thigh) - (2 x calf) - wrist = % body fat Women over 30: hips + thigh - (2 x calf) - wrist = % body fat Men 30 yrs and younger: waist + (1/2 hips) - (3 x forearm) - wrist = % body fat Men over 30: waist + (1/2 hips) - (2.7 x forearm) - wrist = % body fat Tape measure test is within 2% of real thing.. Close enough for government work...
