Is there a diet that can help me to get 10% of body fat ...not body mass index...?

Is there a diet that can help me to get 10% of body fat ...not body mass index (if it was that id be dying)...im 17% now but id like to reach 10....is there a diet? i lift and run but i think that would help more in my performance in other sports

  1. It is very difficult to gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously. My suggestion would be to get a personal trainer to help you with specific exercises to reach your goal. You'll need to gain muscle first to raise your metabolism and help you burn fat. My suggestion is lifting (hard) daily, rotating days between legs, arms, and back/abs. And eating a protein rich diet (100g daily or thereabouts), while committing to long cardio workouts (swim/run/bike). Again, a personal trainer is going to be pretty key to having success in your goal. Good luck.
