body fat scale reviews

Weight-lifting, bulk-gaining, fat-burning question.?

Basically, I was about 165 lbs. ( 6' 2" ) when I started working out, now after a couple months I'm about 180 lbs., but I still have a fairly "uncut" ab region and some general "looseness" about me still. I want to shoot for about 190, 195 lbs. and then trim down the fat from there, as most experts would recommend. My question is, If I were to run about 6 miles a day (-800 calories or so) and burn off another 200 cals or so doing other stuff, would It be possible to bulk up muscle (With a 3000 cal. diet with protein, fiber, good carbs) while having the exercise actually burn the fat on me? I don't know what my body-fat index is, I think it's about 7 or 8% right now.

  1. you dont bulk up and trim down at the same time. You have to have the mindset that you are going to eat with the shotgun affect, (eat so much that you lack no nutrient or protein ) in this mass building time, then cardio, diet and hit the abs hard after you reach a little past your goal of 190. that is how you do it. One goal at a time please
  2. The bulk then cut idea is best, yes. But, check out this site for info on your running... http://www.rippednaturally.com/bodybuilding_cardiovascular_exercise_lose_fat_from_metabolism.html You'll see that you want short session, high heart rate cardio or you run the risk or catabolizing your new muscle gains right off again. 7 to 8% is great man, keep up the good work.
