  1. Hopefully none of the above! They are all excessively low. I tried it and said I had 6% body fat lol, I'd be dead at that point! Just to give you an idea of a health body fat percentage for females: 10%-12% Essential Body Fat - necessary for survival 13%-17% Elite Athletes/Body Builders - due to high muscle mass 18%-24% Ideal level of fitness 25%-30%: Average Over 30%: Overfat Try the body fat calculators below instead, they appear to be more accurate.
