How to lower body mass index (BMI) as fast as possible?
I am on a city fire dept. list, but i need to lower my body mass index by 4%. I've been running and just eating fruit and water. No fat intake. what else can i do? This is only temp. I need to loose the 4% by the 5th or 10th of feb. I have lost 8 pounds in 3-4 days. alot of running.

- wow, they only care about bmi? that's unusual because it doesn't take into account if one is an athlete. usually they care about body fat percentage! you need to eat more - you are in starvation mode. up your water intake to at least 8 glasses a day. eat lean meats and poultry. eat veggies. up your fibre. cut out processed foods. stick with whole foods.

- You will not the results this way. Because as soon as you meet your goal you will gain most of the weight back. Talk to a trainer or GNC and they can tell you what supplements you need. I was in the same boat. I had to lose 2% bmi for the army even though I passed my pt test. This is how I did it. 30 mins cardio 10-20 mins in the sauna 45 mins cardio 10-20 mins in the sauna Use the cable machines(not free weights) 10-20 mins in the sauna Finish off with a couple laps in the pool

Site tells which fats shrink fat cells and which ones reduce number of fat cells according to latest research. Also your brain needs fat to work right. You will starve your brain.
