How do I get a chisled six pack and nice biceps? Please help!?

- Okay. Here's the deal. I weight around 123, and I am 5"6. My body fat index is 23, and my body mass index is 23. I would like to weigh 140-145, I am looking to get a nice, chiseled six pack, and noticable biceps, in a little less then 6 months. I am willing to work super hard. Please, tell me how to get what I am looking for based on what is above.

  2. well....to get a six pack u probably wanna buy a roman chair. but if u do not want to do this just do some crunches except go all the way up. to get biceps its simple..just lift dumbells. im at a very young age and i have a six pack and the ladies dig my biceps....one important last thing u should no. when u are working out ur biceps also work on ur triceps. working out only your biceps will make ur arms look abnormal. the most effective way to workout your triceps are to do dips or assisted dips.
  3. After you get the OK to kick your workout into overdrive from your doctor and get a dietary plan from him/her, go to your local gym and speak with one of the trainers there. Ask the trainer what sorts of things you need to do in order to get the body type you're aiming for...but realize that trainers cost money.
