body fat scale reviews

good cardio workout...?

whats a good cardio workout for someone w/o an acl in their left leg? i need some kind of an exercise that will lower my body fat index... im about 6ft 155lbs rite now... but id like to be more lean

  1. well you could try doing more easier workouts. Like a certain type of yoga or palates. I don't really know any cardio like that but when your ankle gets better then you could do easy cardio. Oh walking might help you, but like easy walkin. like just walking around the house.
  2. you really shouldn't put any strain on your injury, so walking/jogging/running are out of the question. the best form of cardio you can do is swimming, but since it's winter unless your gym has an indoor or heated pool you probably won't be doing that anytime soon. riding a bike is the next best thing, especially the bikes where you pedal your legs out in front of you..i think it is called the recumberant bike.
