How can I lower My current body fat?
I checked my body fat and its 13.4% which is pretty good. But my Goal is to have 5% but im being realistic by started by getting to 10% body fat. What will aid my goal for a lower body fat? By the way im not intrested in weight loss just fat loss, I just want to reduce my body im content with my weight

- IMO, having only 5% body fat IS unrealistic. I guess my #1 question in response to your question is... WHY? People nowadays have a tendency to exceed the statistic of what's actually considered "healthy" in favor of following an obsession that leads them into nothingness... Whatever happened to the days when good ole Marilyn was considered to have the perfect body? Now SHE was beautiful.
- Depends on the type of body you have. If you're an endomorph with bodyfat being 13.4%, then it's impossible for you to get 5%. If you're an ectomorph however, you may. by doing a lot of cardio.
- I wouldn't go any lower than 6%-8% body fat. Sometimes competitive body builders will drop to levels of 3%-5% body fat for competitions, but they shouldn't maintain levels that low. You need to make sure you are consuming at least 1-2 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass you currently have. Eat 5-7 small meals, evenly spaced throughout the day. Do weight training at least every other day and never work the same area twice within the space of 24-48 hours. HTH : )
