What is the best way to lose body fat?
Last time i checked my body fat is 8%. I am 18 years old, and 5'11" 160 lbs. Any ideas?

- eat healthy and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. it can be in any form!! and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. if you do it long enough you can eat fatty food you love occasionally but don't stop eating healthy and don't stop exercising. Good luck!
- Just exercise. I lost weight that way. Run, Jog, or even walking can make you lose your body fat. But i suggest not to try the pills on tv.
- Burn more calories than you take in. A ketosis diet works for some people, which is little or no carbs. The body then burns fat for energy rather than the stored carbs.
- You should eat healthy and exercise. Anyways 8% of body fat is not that bad. I might be wrong I think 10% percent is too much fat. 4 inches is a good size for your waist.
- listen man i was a guy who was 235 fat. It tookme over a year and a half to get down to 175bls---12% . A little more to go. what I liked to do first thing in the morning, i do cardio for 30 to 45 min, sometimes high intensity and sometimes very low, on an empty stomach. Before I start any cardio at least 25 min before i start, i drink 16oz of black coffee. The principle is that you had no food in you for at least 6 to 8 hrs to the cardio session, which means your blood sugar is very low at that point, so now as your body has no choice , but to start using body fat as stored energy. The black coffee make juice going, caffeine will help burn fat quickly. In your case, increase your protein greatly if your working out, and slightly if you're a light fitness buff. Also they key is to get up very early and stick to it. Good Luck. ps: if you drink a lot of coffee, stop for a while, and then do those 16oz in the morning
