  1. no ur not fat...alot of guys in my class are really skinny and dont have a six pack
  2. u don't look fat to me...
  3. no you are not fat at all
  4. People with six-packs showing have a very low body fat percentage and they work to get to that point. Most men have a small layer of fat that covers it, but it doesn't mean they're fat. You look fine to me. If you want a six pack, do some cardio first to burn the fat, like running or swimming. And then you should do some ab work like crunches and situps, and maybe some pushups. Also, you have to eat right. Ditch the sodas, diet or not, and eat from all the basic food groups.
  5. you have to be at or below 12% body fat to see a 6 pack. everyone has one, but not everyone's shows.
  6. You are not overweight you need exercise to get that six pack you want. The best exercise for them are weights and any exercises for the stomach-like sit ups.
  7. sit-ups..... sit-ups.... sit-ups.... those with 6 pack abs spend hours every week in the gym....and most also have adangerously low body fat ratio. about 13% for a guy is as low as you want to be unless you are into bodybuilding or really athletic.... talk to someone at a health club about bodyfat testing.
  8. Six packs are overrated... Honestly, fat is a natural part of your body. (Women will always have a natural layer because of the fact the body stores it in case of a disaster when the woman is pregnant. It's a backup nutrition.) Here's what I say - I have no six pack, there's some flappy parts on my arms and the tops of my legs, and my stomach is easy to pinch. But I know I am not fat because I can look at myself in the mirror and see my figure and be proud of it. Talk to an adult or even a doctor if it'll help, I would hate to see you fall victim to an eating disorder. Good luck.
