  2. Websites can't do that. However, the BMI is a pretty good indicator of healthy range of body fat. The user before already gave you the link to a BMI calculator, so go with that. To measure your body fat, you would need body fat calipers (one of the easiest and cheapest techniques available, although accuracy may be off), which are pretty cheap at fitness stores. However, calipers don't tell you where the fat is located. If the fat is located in your belly, you have a problem. This is "heart attack fat." Also, if you're going to buy a body fat test, don't go for the electrical impedance technique (the one that sends a shock through you, and gives you a percent). It is way too sensitive to your level of hydration, so it would confuse you rather than clarify anything.
