- depends on your weight, age, height and sex. For starters exercising regularly (talk with doctor first to make sure you are physically able to do intense work outs) combining a variety of strength training exercises as well as cardio routines. Eating the proper foods and laying off the junk, more veggies, fruit, protein, less sugary foods, high carb foods, and foods that have empty calories, drink at least 8 8 oz glasses of water a day, more if you are doing alot of high intensity exercise. These things will get you started but if you are looking to trim up and get "cut" for competition then I would speak with a personal trainer at a reputable gym. Stay away from the performance enhancing drugs, you want to be proud of the results because YOU achieved them through hard work, not by popping some pills. Not to mention the horrible side effects those things can have on you
- Ok, body far percentage, or Body Mass Index ( BMI) for an adult should be between 18.5 and 24.9% Anything below 18.5 is considered underweight. To get a rough idea of your BMI multiply your weight by 700 divide that by your height in inches then divide it by your height in inches again and you will have your BMI How can you achieve your goal? A healthy eating lifestyle, not a diet but changing the way you eat forever and exercises.
