slighlt over body fat percentage?
i was wondering can i still do around 100 sit ups and other execises to get a six pack whilst working on getting below the body fat percentage so that it shows. will it show after i have lost the body fat or do you only have to start when your below the body fat percentage?

- you can do sit ups till you pass out but if you're not eating right and doing your cardio... you will just end up with a sore midsection... doing a variety of abdominal work outs that emphasize all five parts of the abs (lower, upper, obliques, traverse abdominus, and lower back) will definitely get you your results faster, but always be sure to watch your food balancing, and do cardio for at least 30 mins, 3 times a week
