Body fat percentage?

Hey. My body fat percentage is 12%. Is this too much?

2. I would hope your body fat percentage isn't 12%. That is far too low. How did you get that figure? HTH : )
3. Yeah right! If that was your true body fat percentage, as a woman, you wouldn't have to ask if it was too much.
