My body fat percentage is 21.7 I want it down under 10%. I also pulled a muscle in my right arm what should i do to heal that. Im trying to learn the planche. Its a very difficult thing to learn. Any way I need to get my body fat under 10% can anyone help me on that? I weigh 240 and am 6'3. I cannot run for I am having surgery on my foot the 28th of November. Last but not least I need a lotion to reduce strech marks and this keloid on my chest. Also what works my delts, chest, biceps, forearms, and wrists the best.
