can i lose 15-20 lbs by October?

According to a fat calculator, I have a body fat percentage of 18.8-19.7 and 25.4 lbs of my weight is fat. I currently weigh 134.8 [round off to 135] and I'm 5'4". I'd like to be 115-120 lbs and I've started run/walking for 30 min. Is it possible for me to lose this weight by October, if so how? and.. will my head be way to big for my body? [lol my aunt keeps saying that.. so yeah]

  1. Instead of wanting to weigh a certain amount, why not pick a size that you would like to fit into? I believe those weight charts are not fair. Many people carry their weight differently. I am very much overweight and have been my whole life. I have decided what size I want to be, not how much I want to weigh. By walking and running and adding other excercise and by limiting your sweets you should be able to reach your goal in a safe manner. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. So you can weigh more but look better by being tone. Good luck.
  2. It would be extremely hard to lose that much by the beginning of October, but it would be a easier to lose it by the end. You will need more exercise than just 30 minutes. Try doing yoga. Yoga is greta for burning fat. Do any little thing that will burn a few extra calories such as taking the stairs, parking away from the store, etc. Of course, youve heard this million of times, but eat healthy. A lot of fruits, vegetables, whole grain, fish, etc. Stay away from soda, alcohol, chips, candy, donuts, etc. Also try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Haha i dont know...id have to see your head first to answer that question.lol.
  3. One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to http://www.trim-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
  4. No point using a body fat calculator, they can't measure your body fat accurately. Get it tested professionally and don't be surprised if your body fat percentage is in the 20's, because unless you are very athletic, it won't be less than 20%. Secondly, if you did have that body fat percentage of 18%-19%, you would not be feeling the need to lose weight as this is very lean. And think about it.....if you did have 25lb of fat and 110lb of lean tissue, then 115lb-120lb would make you dead or dying as this would be around 6% body fat!!
