How do I calculate overall body fat percentage with a fat caliper? Where can I get a cheap or free caliper? If you dont know what a body fat caliper is dont bother replying! bmi doesn't calculate overall body fat percentages it calculates weight to height ratios. Yao ming, Tiger woods, and Michael Jordan are all overweight according to ther bmi scale. Professional atheletes overweight? its possible but only in very rare cases. - I would say save your money and get a free BMI from a local 24 Hr Fitness, Bally's, Gold's, or World's gym... They will try to talk you into buying personal training, but you have no obligation to buy.
