Is 11% a healthy body fat percentage?
for a 14 year old boy ? im 5'10 170

- its supposed to be at least 15 but dont start eating fatty stuff eat more protien if ur a vegetarian then eat tofu

- I think thats good for body fat, but imo it also depends on how much you weigh. Lets say your 6'2-6'3 and you weigh like um 190 pounds, then 11% would be pretty good cause chances are your mainly muscle. Now granted your 14, but you get what i'am saying.
