how do you know if you are at a healthy weight and body fat percentage?

so i am 5 foot 2 and weigh 105 pounds and have 21 percent body fat, is this healthy? if not what should i do to get healthier?

  1. it sounds like you are at a very healthy weight. healthy weight is based on the body mass index (bmi) scale (go to the site below to determine yours). i put your numbers in and your bmi is 19.2 which is actually at the lower end of a healthy weight (healthy/normal bmi is between 18.5-24.9). so please rest assured that you are very healthy. if you still feel that you are unhealthy, eat nutritious foods like fruit, vegetables, etc. also, exercise make you feel so great! i walk all the time and believe me, doing something as simple as walking makes you feel wonderful! basic exercise is the key to feeling/looking good : )
