Minimum Lean Body Mass Values?
Are there minimum lean body mass values for men/women of different heights/builds. I know a healthy body fat percentage is important, but what happens if someone is very underweight due to muscle/bone loss and so their body fat levels still appear normal. There has to be some kind of minimum healthy lean mass value right?

- Not according to lean body mass. But I think you are looking for a Body mass index. Dont trust alot of stuff that ends in a .com look more for .gov .edu try this site: http://www.consumer.gov/weightloss/bmi.htm
- i think that i know what you are looking for so, here is a place you can go to find out what you need to know.......the website is www.bodyforlife.com go there .....on the home page they have a list off different options to the right. scroll down to exercise tools. click on that and they have a way of calculating where you are now and where you should be. all you have to do is answer a few questions.......hope this helps.
