Lower Body Fat Percentage?

im male , 16 , 6ft3 and about 170-180 pounds , my BMI is 22% which is in the healthy range , im hopin to get down to 15-10% by december so ive got like 3 months , i do 30-45 mins of cardio a day plus walking to school and back ( tredmill i burn around 300-500 calories) and i also do sit ups and pretty much have a sensible diet with no fizzy drinks , any give a helping hand? thanx ppl

  1. have to do more muscle building exercises. With more muscle comes a faster metabolism. Cardio is great, but it won't burn off fat as fast as the muscle. Sit-ups alone won't do it either, have to get into a muscle building regimen. Trust me, i should know, i lost 8% body fat from doing 1/3 of LL Cool J's Platinum Workout (i haven't finished it yet). also, BMI isn't the same as Body Fat Percentage.
  2. ummmm> NO! i think your ridiculous! you're putting all your energy and thought into dieting and looking better... that's vanity. you know.. there are more important things to life. ~and by the way, you are already at a healthy weight! 15-10% of body fat!! that's crazy! now everybody that reads this, is gonna feel pressure!! we get enough of that from socitey and celebraties!! take a look at yourself man!! if your not happy... get a good personailty!
