I do not have good self-control. I am required to maintain my Body Fat Percentage, so I use laxatives?

I use laxatives after every second meal. I wonder how does that reduce the amount of calories gained from that meal? Should I divide the number by half to approximate? I know this is not healthy, but I have to keep the same BFP just for 2 weeks or so

  1. Forget the laxitives, If you want to cut calories try substituting meals with powerbars. That cuts calories quite a bit and helps to maintain the same weight. 1 powerbar to substitute one meal. and there are about 250 calories and 4-6 grams of fat in a bar.

  6. That is a very bad idea. Laxatives are habit forming. You may soon find that you are constipated unless you take them. Also you are losing vitamins and nutrition that your body needs to be healthy. You are making a huge mistake.

  8. Laxatives is like any other kind of drug. After awhile the recommended dose doesn't work and you need more and more.. Which can be dangerous. & Sorry to break it to you but the small intestant is where calories,fat, minerals, etc. are obsorbed, so by using laxatives your just moving it through quicker not changing the calories of the meal. If you need to flush your system the best way is with Magnisium. Its a mineral found in the body. You can buy it in pill form at the vitamin store or the super market. (& its cheaper then laxatives)1,000 miligrams a day is enough. That would be 4 pills, each pill being 250mg. If you do this make sure to drink alot of liquids, meaning water or orange juice because the magnisium takes water from the body and brings it to the intestants to move stool out in a fast smooth way. So your not shitting your brains out like you would with laxatives which can cause damage to the digestive system in the future. And if you want to maintain your weight do it like a normal person. Eat healthy and exersize.
