I need to lose weight?
Hi people, I need help badly. I am 155 cm and weight 66kg now. I went to a slimming center and they told me that my fat percentage is like 53.5% which is alot n for my ideal height i should be 48 - 53 i think. I want to get rid of all this fat in ny body n i am not sure what to do . The slimming center is asking for $18,000+++ which is alot of $. But i want to lose weight fast also. I am thinking of signing up at a fitness center but i dont want to be like a bodybuilder after working out. Anybody can help me to get rid of this fats.. i was like 48 kg and i bloom up because i was like not working. so please help...

- the best, and most effective way to lose wiehgt is by yourself. cardio is the simplest option - it builds stamina, as well as burns fat. you dont want to start off with weights as yet, because that starts replacing the fat with muscle, which causes you to bulk up (muscle weighs more than fat, so, even if you lose weight, youre going to gain inches). try jogging at a constant speed for about half an hour, and work that speed up as your exercise regime gets more rigorous. buy a skipping rope. can you swim? if so, great. eat healthy. make up a diet plan for yourself. dont cut out any one food group absolutely, just make sure you eat LESS nutritionless fat, carbs, etc. this is what i did for three months, and ive lost about 8 kilos: 2 km jog (in 20 mins) 500 skips on rope 1 km swim (15 mins) 5 lts of water a day (not kidding!) increased vegetable intake. no chips, or any fried stuff AT ALL. chocolate is okay!!!
