I'm currently 17/5'8/129lbs/and my body fat % is 15%.How long would it take to get it down to 10%( or basically the six-pack range) if I were to: Weight train for 30 mintutes.(7 days a week) Cardio activity for 30 minutes.(7 days a week) My schedule will allow me to workout a little bit more on the weekends.I've calculated that I need 2300 calories a day to maintain my weight but since i'm trying to lose fat here i'm creating a calorific deficit of 400 calories.Plus an additional 300-400 calories I burn off from cardio.That's ~800 calories lost a day.Obviously i'll need to weight train a lot cause I already have little muscle just fat in and around my abdominal area.In terms of dieting...pretty much it'll be 3 meals a day with my lean meats and poultry/veggies/fruits.I guess i'll need to intake a lot of food on account of i'm losing 800 calories a day. So about how long do you think I can get to my goal?Anything you advice or recommend on? Are there specific weight training activities you recommend me doing?I know I need to incorporate a full body workout cause I can't target specific fat.
