Also, whats an ideal height for safety? What's an ideal weight and height for a 13 year old cornerback as well..

  1. most safetys are abt 6foot and 180ish but you cant change ur height that is kinda pre set. but u can lift and gain weight just make sure ur fast. i play safety and im 6'1" and 170lbs also im 16 so .
  2. 6'2 220 in college/ pros but on ur level id say 5'9 150 atleast
  3. 5'6" 100lbs to 150lbs Dont worry about body fat just eat right and work on speed and strength.Practice sprinting more. Try increasing foot speed and stride length. Start lifting weights more. Do not worry about bulking up concentrate on total body strength with emphasis on core strength. Dieon Sanders & Darrel Greene had a lot of explosion speed breaking to the ball out of a back pedal. Try practicing this every day and. You will also want to train on game speed which is different than 40 speed. Here go some drills you can practice: 10 sets 10 x 10 yards 10 sets 10 x 20 yards 10 sets 10 x 40yards Have 1 to 2 minutes of rest between sets stretch out daily. Train by position on this link: http://www.nike.com/usnikefootball/#posi... Nothing beats healthy eating. Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week. Eat your Protein from (lean chicken, fish, egg-whites and beans) Carbs from fruits and vegetables Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
