body fat scale reviews

5% body fat question! help plz?

Ok, last time i checked, i had about 5 or 6% body fat. I am about 5'4'' or 5'5'' and weigh about 115. My question is, is it going to be harder for me to get bigger muscles now that i have such low body fat, or should it be easier. I have been working out for a while now, but I am wondering since, for example, my arms are as big as they have ever been, but i have no fat or anything to take from to get bigger. Will it be easier, or harder since I am just going to have to pretty much force my mucsles to grow.

  1. No, start consuming proteins and carbs, because leftover carbs from your body turns to fat
  2. well , all i knoe is that every individual is suppose to have at leat 15-20% of body fat. but it varies every man is different!! take care and dont hut your self!
  3. you don't get muscle from fat they are two different tissues you don't "grow" muscles per se....they expand with nutrition your body fat is technicall too low, should be around 10% to 18% if you are male..higher as a female eat whey and egg protein eat 5 handful sized meals a day work out with heavy weights to stimulate muscle growth your genetics dictate your potential to look anything close to a magazine bodybuilder or a "wrestler" you need steroids - anabolic steroids like Winstrol, Equipoise, and Testosterone esters like Enanthate. Not really recommended but they work very very well.
  4. i think that my toes have more body fat percentage than you do..
