is there a way to calculate/estimate my body fat percentage?

i dont have access to one of those tools that can tell you...is there a way to type in measurements and weight to get an estimate online?

1. No, not really. you could use BMI but thats your mass. not your fat percentage. go to the doctor, they'll do one.

3. my-calorie-counter.com tells u everything it's free...the bmi is under tools.....good luck!!!
