Does anyone know a site where it calculates how many calories you need including how much body fat you have?

  2. You have to have a doctor test your body fat. As far as calories go, to MAINTAIN your weight, you eat your weight X15. So if you weigh 100 lbs., you'd eat 100 X 15=1500 calories a day , assuming you're doing a normal amount of exercise. There are 3500 calories in a pound. :)
